These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], operating Grahaki ("we", "us"). By installing or using Grahaki you agree to them.

1. The service

Grahaki is a browser extension and related services that help you organise customer leads, sales stages, notes, follow-up reminders and saved replies alongside WhatsApp Web. Grahaki is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Grahaki only for lawful business communication with people who expect to hear from you.
• Do not use Grahaki to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or to harass anyone.
• Follow WhatsApp's own terms and policies. You are responsible for how you use your WhatsApp account.
• Make sure you have a lawful reason to store your customers' details, and respect their requests to stop contact or delete their data.
• Do not try to copy, reverse engineer, overload or break into Grahaki.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

The Free plan is free with the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro costs ₹1,500 per user per year, paid in advance through Razorpay. Pro renews automatically every year at the then-current price until you cancel; we will email you a reminder at least 7 days before each renewal. If a renewal payment fails, your account returns to the Free plan after a short grace period. Your data is not deleted; anything over the Free limits becomes read-only until you renew.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Refunds are covered by our cancellation & refunds policy.

6. Fair use

Pro's "unlimited" features are for normal business use by one person. To keep the service fast and affordable, we may contact you if an account goes far beyond typical use (for example, more than 50,000 leads).

7. Your data

You own the data you put into Grahaki. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it. Keep your own backups; in the current version, data is stored only on your computer.

8. Changes to the service

We keep improving Grahaki and may change or discontinue features. WhatsApp may change its website in ways that temporarily affect Grahaki; we will work to restore features promptly. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of your current year.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Grahaki is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your account. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using Grahaki at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, especially for spam or abuse.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], India have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue.
